Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy

Kindly read the Cancelation policy and Refund policy carefully as it guides you on your rights and obligations as our respected customer. While purchasing training programs from our website you are automatically subjected to acceptance of the Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy.

Fees once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:

• Multiple times debiting of Candidate Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Candidate's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the candidate.

• Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Candidate Card/Bank Account but the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful. Candidate would be provided with the enrolment by NISM at no extra cost. However, if in such cases, candidate wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded net the amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.

In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to support@tladoonline.com.

Please submit all cancellation requests within 60 calendar days of registration and no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees to support@tladoonline.com.

No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.

TladoOnline reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to select a different training course.

TladoOnline is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
